This includes waitlist alerts when a room opens for your dates, reservation confirmations and arrival details, payment requests for a booking, and important notices that affect your visit.

How you sign up: You opt in by checking the consent box on our waitlist or booking forms, or by asking our team to text you. Agreeing to receive texts is not a condition of booking a stay.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your stay or request.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan.

Stop: Reply STOP to any message to cancel. We will send one message confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.

Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
